We are seeking an experienced Finance Secretary to join our college to support the Business Manager and Finance team with the accurate processing of financial requirements of the College.
The role holder is required to demonstrate a high level of initiative with an in-depth knowledge and competency of a variety of routines, methods, procedures, and processes associated with financial and administrative tasks including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
The successful applicant will be able to work under general supervision and a team player who will work collaboratively with others. Discretion and a high level of confidentiality are required.
This is a Continuing Term Time (plus additional weeks) position with an immediate start.

Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate: School Officer Level 4 - $32.23 per hour
Employment Conditions: Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement
This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
