We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and committed Food and Textile Technician who will work to support our classroom teachers in providing development and education for our young people, including preparation and maintenance of curriculum resources. The successful candidate will have an ability to support both our classroom teachers and students to ensure practical lessons are delivered smoothly and safely, completing general classroom tasks as directed by both the Curriculum Leader and classroom teacher.

Guiseley School is an 11-18 fully inclusive school situated in a small town in the City of Leeds in West Yorkshire. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it is now a suburb of north west Leeds and close to the stunning Dales. The school is part of a Co-operative Trust established in 2014. The school works jointly with a number of local schools to promote the welfare and success of the children of Aireborough. As part of the local community, Guiseley School has a firm reputation for high standards in both behaviour and academic endeavour. The Governing Board is keen to continue this traditional understanding of the school and to develop its reputation for excellence.
