Oxford International College is opening a brand new school on a purpose built campus in Ovingdean, Brighton, East Sussex. 

OIC Brighton will be opening in September 2023 and will offer a world-class, British-style international education. The school will enjoy state-of-the-art facilities and resources on an impressive new purpose-built campus.

The College will be operated by Nord Anglia Education, leaders in the international provision of high quality, innovative education, training and guidance.

We are looking for a Founding Principal to launch and lead the school. This will be a high-profile post with substantial expectations for success. The Founding Principal will be in post by January 2023 (or earlier if possible), in order to prepare the school, build an outstanding staff team and recruit the first intake of students.

  • Able to communicate effectively and build sustainable relationships

  • Excellent organisational, administrative and financial management skills
  • Respect, appreciation and understanding of international cultures and society
