Glenmoor & Winton Academies are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, versatile and reliable person to join our busy Behaviour and Safety team, working 37.5 hours per week, Term Time Only.
The purpose of the post is to provide support for students, teachers and the Gateway in order to raise standards of achievement for all students, to encourage students to become independent learners, to provide support for their welfare and to support the inclusion of students in all aspects of the Gateway life.
Applicants should be flexible, conscientious and able to work with minimum supervision once trained. Confidence communicating on the phone and in undertaking administrative duties is also essential.
The successful candidate will be competent in the use of IT with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office packages. They should also feel confident working with students and parents.
