Ihre Aufgabenbereiche
Unterrichten einer Reihe von Fächern, einschließlich Deutsch, Mathematik und Sachunterricht
Unterrichtsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Lehrkräften
Betreuung der Schülerinnen und Schüler in der Funktion des Klassenlehrers
Berichterstattung an Eltern und Teilnahme an Schulveranstaltungen
Übernahme aller mit der Lehrtätigkeit verbundenen Aufgaben in einer Ganztagsschule
Sie verfügen über
Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
gute Englischkenntnisse
ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium für den Grundschulbereich
die Fähigkeit Kinder zu unterrichten, deren Muttersprache nicht Deutsch ist
Erfahrungen mit heterogenen Lerngruppen
Teamgeist, Flexibilität und die nötige Offenheit für die Arbeit an einer internationalen Schule

accadis ISB aims to develop confident, knowledgeable and caring young people prepared to create a better future. Who we are
Welcome to accadis International School, a family-run, non-profit educational institution, at SÜDCAMPUS Bad Homburg, close to the international metropolis of Frankfurt am Main. Under the umbrella of accadis Bildung GmbH, we offer a holistic educational concept that is unique in Germany, from early steps in the Kindergarten all the way to PhD studies at our own accadis Hochschule (University of Applied Sciences). At the co-educational accadis International School, students learn bilingually, some subjects are taught in English and others in German. accadis ISB is an official IB World School since January 2016 and accredited by Cambridge International Education for the two-year IGCSE courses taught in Grades 9 and 10.
Our students
The school provides a supportive and challenging environment where students are encouraged to become responsible and independent learners. accadis ISB caters for a wide range of students and is both a “local” school for families who live nearby and an international school for students who come to us from all over the world. We currently welcome approximately 550 students from 5 – 18 years of age in our Elementary and Secondary Schools as well as 125 children in our Bilingual Preschool, representing over 50 nationalities.
Our school
accadis ISB was founded in 2004 and is situated on a modern campus featuring its own sports hall with outdoor basketball court. Having added spaces and facilities gradually over the years to cater for the ever-increasing demand, including an inviting library, two Art rooms and a Music room for the Elementary School, we opened a new building exclusively for our Secondary School students in early 2023. It features more than 20 new classrooms, additional specialist spaces for Science, Art, Music and Drama as well as two libraries and a cafeteria. The new auditorium for up to 250 people is greatly appreciated and utilised by all parts of our organisation. The school focuses strongly on technology. The state-of-the-art learning environment includes interactive whiteboards in each classroom, Google Chromebook laptops, school-wide high-speed Wi-Fi and a 3D printer.
