Fettes College Preparatory School has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified graduate for the academic year of 2018-2019. The successful candidate will join an energetic and thriving Prep School as a Graduate Assistant where they will shadow teachers across the broad range of curriculum lessons. The role includes active participation in games coaching, duty evenings and weekend activities. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support across the Prep School including reception cover and supporting the Senior Management team with school administrative tasks as required.
The role is designed to provide a recent graduate with the opportunity to gain experience of working and living in a prep/boarding school environment. The post would suit applicants considering teaching as a career. Candidates should be confident, resilient and be able to adapt to the varied and changing demands of the role.

The School
Fettes Prep is one of the country’s finest boarding & day schools for boys and girls aged 7-13 and lies within the 100 acre Fettes College grounds in the heart of Edinburgh.
