We are looking to appoint a Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant with exceptional literacy and communication skills, in Maths, English and Science. This post is ideal for graduates thinking of entering the teaching profession as the school is part of the Schools Direct Programme.
The successful candidate will work towards improving the progress of students and will support, deliver, monitor and evaluate intervention programmes for students identified with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and/or English as an Additional Language.

Drayton Manor High School is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form in London serving students between the ages of 11-19. The secondary school, situated in Ealing as approximately 1,566 students on record.
Formerly Drayton Manor Grammar School, Drayton Manor High School was established in 1930, changing to a comprehensive status in 1975. The secondary school converted to academy status in 2012 and was identified as outstanding by Ofsted in the same year.
