Job overview
Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with approximately 1,500 pupils and over one hundred boarding pupils. It set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon with excellent transport links to London, Surrey and the South Coast.
School has an outstanding tradition of sporting success in a variety of sports. We are seeking a graduate to work within the Physical Education and Games department on a fixed-term contract from 5 September 2018 to 4 July 2019.
The post would suit someone with a Sports Science or sports related degree who has a passion for Aquatics and is committed to developing talent. No formal teaching experience is required but an understanding of the expectations required at a thriving school such as Whitgift is beneficial. Expertise in aquatics, water polo, and swimming in particular would be an advantage, but all applications will be considered. Accommodation may be available.
