Description St. Bede's Catholic College, Chisholm is seeking the services of a Temporary Part-Time School Ground person.
Position Requirements • Perform maintenance tasks unsupervised;


• Manage the school's maintenance program;


• Manage and maintain the grounds;


• Maintain school buildings;


• Comply with security provisions;


• Have an understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school;


• Have an understanding of WHS requirements;


• Responsible for ordering and purchase of goods and equipment;


• Planning, scheduling and supervision of all aspects of grounds and facilitating maintenance;


• Skill level and required knowledge and training equivalent to completion of Certificate III or trade certificate.
Essential Criteria • Current Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) Number.

The Catholic Schools Office (CSO), is responsible for the leadership, efficient operation and management of systemic schools which educate more than 18,000 students in 45 Primary schools, 10 Secondary schools and one K-12 school in the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.
