Edge Grove has flourished under the leadership of Ben Evans who will be moving on to take up the headship of Windlesham House School in September 2020. The Governors now seek an inspirational new leader to realise the next phase of an ambitious ten year development plan and who, as custodian of Edge Grove, will ensure the continued success of this high performing organisation.
Dynamic and charismatic, the next Head will be a 21st century leader with the strategic and ambassadorial skills to lead Edge Grove with purpose and drive. Balancing a respect for tradition with innovation, s/he will engage all parts of the school community in Edge Grove’s future success. A track record of highly successful leadership experience is essential, as is a commitment to Edge Grove’s distinctive ethos and aims.

About Edge Grove
Founded in 1935, we are a vibrant and successful (IAPS) Day Prep School for boys and girls aged between 3 and 13, characterised by a genuine commitment to the pursuit of excellence. There are currently around 430 pupils at the School and approximately 150 staff.
