Following the introduction of a new teaching spine in 2016 whereby incremental rises are linked to performance, we are proud to say that no member of teaching staff had an increment withheld during the academic year 18/19. We believe in supporting staff successes and incremental rises are a key part of this. As such, we do our up most to work together to avoid withholding the rises wherever possible.
Head of Additional Learning Support (ALS)/Special Education Needs Coordinator to take up post as soon as possible. This role is open to both teaching and support staff.

Teaching staff salary will be £34,583 to £39,329 (NSP7 to NSP9 of the Sixth Form Salary Structure for Teaching Staff). Plus a responsibility allowance of pro rata to £1,070 to £3,765 per annum.
Support staff salary is negotiable dependant upon experience and qualifications.
