We require a well qualified and enthusiastic teacher to lead a highly professional, energetic and successful department.  There may also be an opportunity to teach psychology at AS Level.

A willingness to contribute to the thriving extra-curricular programme, including academic enrichment, would be advantageous.

Haberdashers' Adams (formerly Adams' Grammar School) is a co-ed selective state grammar school in the market town of Newport, Shropshire. Founded in 1656, the School welcomes boys and girls aged 11-18 as day pupils, with boarding for boys.

Entrance to the School is highly competitive. The most common points of entry are via an 11+ examination for Year 7, or following GCSE exam results. Former pupils of the school are known as Old Novaportans.
