Queen’s Gate is a thriving GSA day school for girls aged 4 –18 and is ideally situated in Central London to take advantage of the many educational opportunities on offer. The School has six refurbished laboratories and makes very good use of local resources such as the Science Museum, to enrich the girls’ scientific experience. 

We wish to appoint from 1st September 2018, or 1st January 2019, a suitably qualified teacher to lead our Biology Department and to teach the subject at all levels in the Senior School up to and including A Level. Passion for the subject, a proven record of examination success at GCSE and A Level, enthusiasm and a willingness to become involved in the pastoral and extra-curricular life of the School, are all essential requirements.  Biology is a very popular subject at both GCSE and A Level, with a good number of girls going to read Science and related courses at University.
