Langley Hall Primary Academy (LHPA) is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Head Of Business Operations to join its team. We are looking for someone who is looking for a new challenge whilst being fully motivated and dedicated to the smooth running of a School.  At our School we focus on preparing children for life and our School promise is for children to be happy at school and to leave us prepared for their next stage in life as confident independent learners, with high self-esteem and a sense of responsibility and tolerance in all they do.

Job Purpose: To provide leadership to the Administration Team, offering advice, guidance, training and instruction which enables the team to effectively support and facilitate school operations. To ensure that the school’s aims, ethos and values are promoted at all times.

Hours of work: 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday 52 weeks per year with 5 weeks holiday.
