St Paul’s Girls’ School is seeking a confident and experienced Head of Careers who will be responsible for providing effective careers education and guidance for students as they progress through the school. Working closely with the Director of Senior School and the Director of Higher Education, the Head of Careers is supported by the Careers and Higher Education Administrator. The Head of Careers is also responsible for the design and implementation of a programme of entrepreneurial activities, working closely with the Director of Co-Curricular and counterparts at other West London Partnership schools.


The successful candidate will be capable for strategic thinking coupled with excellent attention to detail and the willingness to work on expanding the school’s career provision to provide careers support to the whole school following a strategic plan in discussion with the Deputy Head, Director of Senior School. The successful candidate will also have the ability to lead, inspire and manage, as well as be able to operate effectively within a team.
