Head of Centre

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and effective leader who has a proven track record of working with the Local Governing Body, the Local Authority and the Trust in leading a stimulating, real world, learning environment for our students.

We provide a personalised educational experience that identifies and responds to the circumstances and needs of each individual child or young person. In doing so, it enables them to progress academically and become successful learners through the re-engagement of the young person with education.

The successful applicant will need to have an excellent understanding of the main issues affecting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, successful teaching experience in mainstream or special schools up to KS4 with secondary aged students, and extensive experience of curriculum and pastoral management.
