Job overview

This is an exciting time for the development of Digital Learning at Mayfield and this position will play a pivotal role in moving forward and expanding our provision of computing and digital learning throughout the school. We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified graduate to teach computing and DLT initially in KS3 and 4. The successful candidate will have a good degree in a relevant discipline and possess excellent up to date subject knowledge. The ideal candidate will be someone who is innovative, creative and excited about the opportunities new technology offers.

As a School we make extensive use of One Note and Microsoft Teams throughout the curriculum with girls bringing their own laptops to every lesson.

The successful candidate, working with our Director of Studies will be responsible for the continuing development and implementation of the computing and digital literacy curriculum, as well as harnessing the potential of new technologies to facilitate a Digital Learning enquiry led curriculum across all subjects. With small class sizes and girls who are keen and eager to learn, this job is an ideal opportunity for an experienced teacher looking for a fresh challenge, or someone looking for their first move.
