An innovative, driven and knowledgeable Head is required to support Curriculum and Quality standards at Leeds City College. 

Responsible for the effective leadership and development of quality assurance strategies throughout the college, this post will foster the ethos of continuous improvement across the whole organisation, driving positive performance and therefore generating an enhanced student experience.

The Head will be responsible for the development of all aspects of quality assurance and improvement within the college, ensuring that the quality framework is effectively implemented and embedded across the full college provision and that effective links are established and maintained between strategic planning, performance review and the college’s quality systems.

The Head will lead by example, using innovative and solution focused approaches that embody the values and ethos of the college and champion best practice in all quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

Interviews will be likely to be held on Monday 18th December 2017.
