We are looking to appoint to the following post from September 2024:

 

Head of Department – Chemistry

(£30,000 - £46,525 p.a. pro-rata + TLR 2B)

 

Permanent / Full Time

 

The Head of Chemistry will join the Director of Science and Heads of Biology and Physics to lead our Science department.

 

The successful applicant will lead a successful team of passionate subject specialists in an oversubscribed school where Science is popular and students achieve well.

 

The successful candidate will be required to be able to teach Chemistry from KS3 to KS5 along with Physics and Biology at KS3. The ability to teach Physics or Biology to KS4 would be an advantage.
