We are looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic Economics and Business Studies Teacher to lead and develop this department. As the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy department, with responsibility for monitoring and evaluating student achievement, as well as contributing to accomplishing the College’s vision and mission. The Economics and Business Studies Department at Doha College offers a wide range of examination courses which are very popular with students. The courses available at Key Stage 4 are Business Studies and Economics and a more extensive A Level programme includes Business Studies, Economics and Travel & Tourism.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing and supporting a team of staff to raise standards and will also be an advanced practitioner, who sets a standard that other teachers look to emulate.
