We are seeking an outstanding individual to lead our highly successful English department. The successful candidate will have excellent teaching ability, be able to communicate effectively to students their passion for the subject, deliver inspiring lessons to pupils (mainly at A level), and have the aptitude and desire to support all our students, the most as well as the least able, to achieve their highest potential.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of experienced and dedicated teachers, and have the ability to provide clear, effective guidance to colleagues, developing their teaching practice as well as maximising standards of student attainment.
