HEAD OF FOOD AND HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE (TLR 2A) FROM SEPTEMBER 2019
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Trust with an outstanding record of achievement and staff development?
Court Fields School, part of The Castle Partnership Trust, is seeking to appoint a Head of Food and Health & Social Care. As part of a structure change, we are looking to appoint someone to lead the new combination of the Food and Health & Social Care departments from September 2019. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the teams grow and develop together as one Faculty and modernise the curriculum. There are fabulous opportunities for an ambitious teacher, but we are equally interested in experienced and proven leaders who are looking forward to a settled career leading this Faculty. We believe that an individual’s potential is as important as their experience.
The Trust comprises two secondary schools and a growing number of primary schools, as well as a successful and thriving Teaching School, Affinity Teaching School Alliance.
We will give you opportunities to develop leadership and management, to work with some of the finest teachers in the country and to learn leadership from some of the best in the profession.
At The Castle Partnership Trust we are fortunate to have students who are motivated and enthusiastic about learning and taking part in the huge range of enrichment on offer.
Our schools are friendly and welcoming and our parents and students are always very appreciative of what staff do for them. Our belief is that every child should Achieve, Belong and Participate, and that staff should be supported to fulfil their potential and aspirations, whatever those might be.
