HEAD OF GEOGRAPHY
(Negotiable dependent upon experience) or Leadership Opportunity for the right candidate
Required for January 2018 or as soon as possible
Do you want to join a school about which Ofsted stated in October 2016 “This School continues to be Good”?
Barnhill Partnership Trust is an exciting, innovative and successful Trust in West London. We have a strong sense of community, great students and staff, and a real commitment to making a difference to the lives of young people.
The Humanities Curriculum Area has been an area of strength in the school for a number of years with high quality teaching and learning, enthusiastic, creative teachers. The Curriculum Area works as a cohesive team, sharing resources, teaching strategies and striving to maximise all students’ potential. Geography remains a popular choice for many students at A-Level.
We are looking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Head of Geography to join this successful team and build on the success of the department. The person appointed would have good leadership skills, provides high quality teaching and learning and has the desire and commitment to make a difference to students in the school. We offer you the chance to join a well-established Curriculum Area, with effective and enthusiastic staff, a first class induction programme, a commitment to your professional development and career progression and students who are motivated to succeed.
Our staff benefit from a well-being scheme, childcare vouchers, cycle scheme and on-site gym facilities.
Further information and application form can be found on the school’s website:
To apply for this post please email a letter of application and completed application form to Tricia Dyer at email@example.com.
