We require a Head of House: MPS/UPS + TLR2b £4597pa (+ a further additional temporary allowance of £1552.50pa)
Start: January 2019
• Are you a qualified teacher? (any subject discipline but ‘Core subjects’ very welcome)
• Understand the importance of pastoral work?
• Outstanding practitioner in maintaining high standards of discipline and learning?
• Care about student progress?
• Looking for a promotion and the chance to demonstrate your skills?
• Excited about leading one of our 5 vertical ‘houses’, a team of tutors and pastoral manager?
• Want to work as part of a team to ensure high outcomes?
• Have the desire to teach in the best facilities around?
• Appreciate a retention allowance after 2 years service?
The 5 Heads of House play a pivotal role in leading on standards. Their work is far reaching and covers all aspects from behaviour to tracking, pupil premium championing to coaching and attendance initiatives.
