Head of Inclusion, Wellbeing and Equality

As Head of Inclusion, Wellbeing and Equality within the National Improvement Directorate, you will provide systems leadership for Education Scotland’s evidence-led national improvement initiatives and evidence-informed professional advice to Scottish Government on policy development and policy implementation. This will require leading the work of teams of staff to ensure we work in partnership with stakeholders to achieve excellence and equity for Scotland’s learners with Scotland’s educators.
