A member of the world-renowned Dulwich College International (DCI) family of schools, Dulwich College Beijing (DCB) is a thriving and highly successful organisation regarded as one of China's premier schools. Located in one of the Far East’s most vibrant cities, the College provides an exceptional education for 1,570 students aged 2 to 18.

With the appointment of Anthony Coles as Head of College in September 2020, the College is about to enter an exciting new phase in its evolution and now seeks to appoint a highly experienced senior leader as Head of Junior School.  As a member of the College Leadership Team, the appointee will deliver a vision for the Junior School which builds on existing strengths and further develops relationships with the Early Years and the Senior School in order to cultivate a strong one school ethos.

The Head of Junior School will be an experienced and adaptable leader with a track record of successful primary leadership experience developed in an international setting.  S/he will possess the cultural awareness and global perspective to lead a diverse learning community. First-class communication skills with the ability to inspire students, staff and parents alike in the pursuit of excellence are essential, as is a genuine resonance with the DCB aims and ethos.
