Chichester College has been graded Outstanding by OFSTED. Brinsbury, the Countryside Campus of Chichester College, is the centre for its landbased studies. Success rates for landbased are the second highest in the country.
We are seeking a highly skilled manager to head the teaching, learning and assessment for the landbased area which comprises of Animal Management, Equine, and Dog Grooming. The curriculum offer encompasses all levels from 14-16 provision to Level 5 courses.
The Head of Learning will be required to:
• Lead, manage and develop the curriculum area within the parameters set by the Chichester College Group Deputy Principal.
• Work collaboratively and innovatively with staff to ensure a culture of self-assessment and continuous improvement.
• Promote high standards of teaching and learning within the area; producing high standards of student achievement; progression and value added.
There is a house located at the Brinsbury Campus that is available for the successful applicant to rent, if required.

It is a 16-plus institution with two main sites in Chichester and Pulborough, plus further outreach centres in Bognor Regis, Littlehampton and Worthing.
