Job overview
We are pleased to present an opportunity for an energetic and ambitious SENco, fully qualified and experienced, to take over our highly valued Learning Enhancement department. The successful applicant should be confident and capable of leading a professional team of four, with the energy and enthusiasm to get involved in all aspects of prep school life and learning.
You will have qualified teacher status, along with Level 5 SpLD (or equivalent), and will be proactive in providing gentle support and guidance to anyone who needs it. You will need to excel at communicating in a diplomatic but professional manner with parents and children alike, as well as colleagues and governors of the School.
