Due to the promotion of our current Head of Mathematics, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader to help our mathematics department continue on their journey to outstanding. The appointed candidate will work alongside the Director of Mathematics and the department to ensure that all students make excellent progress throughout Key Stage 3 and 4.
The successful candidate will be-
- Dynamic, innovative and be able to develop, plan and deliver effective and high quality learning experiences to all students
- Be an inspirational professional who is enthusiastic, influential and committed to working in pursuit of success for our College and its learners
- Have experience of leadership within a successful department
