Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.


We are seeking an inspirational leader who is passionate about putting excellence within maths provision and who have a positive track record in leadership of GCSE Maths. You will through motivational and outstanding approaches to the development of teaching, learning and assessment, create innovative learning for our students.


You will lead the substantial delivery of the GCSE maths curriculum, driving forward student progress and improvements. You will demonstrate the leadership resilience to motivate the curriculum team. You will need to be able to demonstrate impactful, successful leadership of organisational level maths provision. You must be adept at developing and maintaining excellent working relationships across teams, built on professional values and practitioner based and curriculum leadership expertise.


Candidates must have a degree in a relevant area and an appropriate higher level maths specialism. You must have fully qualified lecturer or teaching status. A leadership qualification would be desirable.
