As Head of MFL you will will leading a busy and dynamic department who are focused on working collaboratively to ensure that students make excellent progress across key stages 3 and 4.

We offer excellent staff support and leadership development, good career progression opportunities and a friendly and dedicated approach to school leadership.

We are a forward-thinking school that has dispensed with formal lesson observations, retrospective book marking and written student exam reports whilst maintaining very high standards of care and outcomes. Behaviour is good and the students are keen to progress and are used to working hard.
