Salary:   MPS/UPS + TLR 2b

The governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic subject leader of MFL to join this 11-16 Catholic school. 

The successful candidate will:

• be an excellent classroom teacher with a specialism in French but with experience of Spanish;

• have a track record of effective leadership at middle leadership level or experience of leadership of an area of responsibility;

• have experience of department leadership or have ambitions for department leadership;

• understand the contribution of outstanding teaching & learning to developing an excellent ethos and support for pupils;

• be willing to work with the middle leadership and senior leadership of the school in the pursuit of an excellent education for all our pupils.
