An exciting opportunity to join a highly successful grammar school in an innovative Trust, to lead on Music across and beyond the school. We are seeking an exceptional musician with excellent expertise and experience to develop a musical offer that champions young people of all levels of musical experience. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, rich in ideas and a spectrum thinker; quick to see opportunity and have the ability to see projects through to completion with drive.
We are looking for someone who can:
•lead a vibrant, aspirational and inclusive programme of extra-curricular music which engages large numbers of students, parents and the community.
•take a lead in fostering musical links across the Trust schools including curricular and extra-curricular projects.
•As a performing musician, lead by example through setting the highest standards for musical ensembles and choirs.

Townley Grammar School is one of the selective schools in the Bexley London Borough. The school, which was founded in 1937, has over the years established a tradition of academic excellence and is a lively, caring community of which we are justly proud.
