We are delighted to seek to recruit a new member of the Senior Management Team at Norfolk House School in Edgbaston.
Norfolk House School is a happy, vibrant and thriving co-educational prep school which prides itself on the family atmosphere and nurturing ethos. Every child is encouraged to strive for their very best through our diverse curriculum, including a wide range of extra-curricular activities, designed to stimulate a life-long love of learning.
We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic member of the Senior Leadership Team with a passion for excellence to join our successful, happy and caring school. The successful candidate will have experience of the management and development of pastoral care and will have the ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates must have taught in either KS1 or KS2 and may also have some experience of the KS3 curriculum. Experience in pastoral care, together with strong communication skills, is essential. They will be highly organised and have the ability to plan strategically. They should have a strong presence and good sense of humour to gain the confidence of pupils, parents and staff.
The delightful children, supportive parents and professional, talented and nurturing staff all combine to make Norfolk House School a wonderful place to work. Staff appointed to Norfolk House join a dynamic and forward thinking school, steeped in tradition but with a keen eye on the future.
This is an exciting time for someone to join us in this role as we continue to excel in the core subjects whilst looking to expand the PE, Games and Arts provision across the school. There may be the opportunity for the right candidate to progress to the post of Deputy Head in the future.
