Job overview

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and committed Head of Physics who is passionate about their subject and wants to join a supportive and successful Science department to help drive the standards in Physics and Science across all key stages. 

The successful applicant with be able to confidently teach all specialisms to KS3 and 4 and must have recent experience of teaching A-Level Physics to KS5. Students follow a KS3 based on the AQA SOW and a KS4 covering AQA combined/triple Science specifications.  Additionally, we also offer ELC and BTEC Animal Care at KS4.  We offer all three sciences at A Level with OCR, as well as L3 Applied Science BTEC.    

This post would be suitable for an experienced teacher. As a school and department we offer excellent professional development opportunities.
