Opportunity for an experienced, inspirational and innovative teacher to lead the Prep Department as a key member of the Junior Leadership Team at Bromley High School.
As Head of Pre-Prep (EYFS/Key Stage 1) you will provide leadership and direction for the phase, ensuring regulatory requirements are met for EYFS and that whole-school policies and strategies are embedded in planning and assessment.
You will also lead the development and monitoring of curriculum provision for the phase to ensure continuity and progression. As a lead practitioner in your field, you will also be responsible for teaching an EYFS or KS1 class.
