St Martin’s School is seeking an outstanding and inspirational school leader to fill the role of Head of Pre-Prep. The Pre-Prep is made up of 40 boys in the Kindergarten and two classes of up to 22 boys in Reception, Years 1 and 2. This is an exceptional opportunity for an imaginative, driven and forward-thinking candidate to play a major role in the leadership of a vital area in our school community.
The new Head will have the qualities to inspire and motivate a supportive and talented teaching staff and their assistants as well as the before and after school care team.
The successful applicant will be a key member of the senior leadership team and the salary will be commensurate with the demands and responsibility of the post.
