Job overview

Due to increasing pupil numbers, we are looking for a Head of Music to lead our provision for Music in the Prep School and contribute to the teaching of Music in Key Stage 3. 

We seek an excellent teacher of Music to join our expanding Performing Arts Faculty and deliver inspirational lessons to our keen and talented girls, from Nursery to Year 9. This role would suit a newly qualified teacher, or one with experience, who has the passion and vision to lead concerts, recitals and clubs, including our Prep and Senior Orchestra. 

The successful applicant will also be Second in Music across the whole school, reporting to our Director of Music. You will need a passion for teaching our youngest girls to find joy in music and will specialise in teaching at primary level.
