Job overview
We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Primary to ensure the educational, strategic and operational success of the Primary section of an all through IB school based in the UAE.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Head of Secondary and Head of Early Years as an inspirational and strategic leader, to create and implement a shared vision and strategic development plan. The school can cater for up to 2000 students across the three IB programs of PYP, MYP and DP.
We are interested in speaking with candidates who:
• Have experience as a Primary Head
• Ideally have PYP curriculum experience
• Have strong UK curriculum experience if you have not delivered the PYP curriculum previously
• Have a proven track record of raising academic standards
• Are able to understand and express sensitivity to cultural differences whilst maintaining a good learning environment for students and keeping the wider community engaged.
