Well-qualified and either an existing Head of Department or significantly experienced Psychology Teacher, you will need to possess the skills and abilities to focus on all aspects of department management, and a willingness to contribute to wider school life.  In return we offer an attractive salary and a management training programme designed to equip and support you to succeed in your new role.
