The main responsibility of this role would be to manage and deliver quality assurance and improvement processes and systems for the College and partner/subcontracted provision; and to ensure the efficient and effective operational management of the Quality Team and their services.
You should be able to demonstrate significant experience of leading and managing quality assurance and improvement systems in a successful FE environment, together with experience of leading a successful curriculum area with successful qualification outcomes. A sound understanding of all provision types including 14-16, Study Programmes, Apprenticeships and HE is desirable.
You should hold a Teaching qualification (Cert Ed/ PGCE or equivalent) along with a Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject.
