Ebor Gardens Primary Academy is large school on the edge of Leeds city centre. The school has enjoyed much to be proud of in recent years, and we are now seeking a very special person to lead our next phase of development; to continue to nurture an exceptional staff team and to fill the days at Ebor with fun, love and learning. If this sounds like a job you can rise to – then we want to hear from you!

Wellspring Academy Trust is a thriving trust with an excellent track record in school improvement. This role offers a leadership pathway for an ambitious and dynamic individual who is determined to make a difference. As Head of School at Ebor, you will be guaranteed excellent professional development and support. As a Wellspring leader, you will benefit from many opportunities to collaborate, share and strengthen in a climate of mutual support and high regard.

In partnership with the Executive Principal, the successful candidate will work closely with sister school Victoria Primary Academy to develop the very best of primary school provision. We believe that two schools working closely together can create opportunities that are more difficult to imagine working alone, and we are beginning to reap the rewards of our shared working. This is an excellent opportunity to author the future and we are very much looking forward to welcoming you to an exceptional team.

If you want to make a very real difference to the children, families and staff at Ebor Gardens Primary Academy, we highly recommend an informal conversation with Executive Principal, Sam Bailey. Please contact Jeni McCormack to begin the next phase of your leadership journey.

Ebor Gardens and Wellspring Academy Trust are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils. All posts are offered subject to enhanced DBS checks. References will be taken up prior to interview.
