The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to develop their practice and lead the learning of Science in one of the most reputable 3-11 independent preparatory schools in Essex. The successful applicant will have a desire to ensure that the Science curriculum is practical and exciting from EYFS to Year 6 and that children leave the School at age 11 with high levels of achievement and curiosity in the subject. All teachers at St Cedd’s School are committed to every child in their care achieving their individual best in the classroom throughout their time at St Cedd’s School, facilitating this through well planned, resourced and delivered lessons tailored to the needs of both the individual child and specific groups of learners.
