The role:
Exciting opportunity for an exceptional teacher and pastoral leader to develop the strategic vision of a high achieving Sixth Form within an historic and successful school.
As Head of Sixth Form, you will continue the development of our growing Sixth Form, providing a first-class learning environment, which is both exciting and challenging, as well as expanding Post 16 provision and ensuring an efficient UCAS process for pupils.
You will play a pivotal role in the development of the Sixth Form curriculum offer, to ensure that it reflects national developments in 16-19 education, equips girls for the needs of the 21st century, and is stimulating and attractive.
Sixth Form experience in both a teaching and pastoral capacity is essential. All subject backgrounds will be considered.
