This exciting and diverse role is available for a September 2018 start,  however, the college is wholly committed to recruiting the right person for this post and therefore is open to a January 2019 start. 

Leeds City College has embarked upon on an exciting and ambitious journey to achieve ‘Outstanding’ and is currently searching for a highly motivated, innovative, inspirational and student-focused Head of Sixth Form.

Our managers work with few rules but clear boundaries and enjoy autonomy to independently lead and shape their Departments and actively contribute to wider college life. They place the quality of teaching and learning at the heart of their decision making and provide first-class curriculum and business leadership.

We are looking for an individual with a background in managing A level and GCSE provision, has lots of energy, will embrace change, has a natural can do attitude, will provide strong operational and developmental leadership and foster a culture which connects, engages and empowers our staff and students to achieve outstanding outcomes.
