Three posts based at each of our campuses - Eastbourne, Lewes, and Hastings
Deliver a cutting-edge curriculum for a brand-new institution.
East Sussex College Group is the result of the merger of Sussex Coast College and Sussex Downs College - it is a new era in education for the county. From Hastings, Eastbourne, Newhaven and Lewes, we’ll deliver real-world skills for a changing world and boost local businesses, communities and families.
If you’re looking for your next move, you can be part of our merger from year zero – helping to shape our A Level curriculum and delivering exceptional outcomes for our students. This post represents a fantastic opportunity to work in an FE environment, with great development opportunities and small class sizes.

A structured yet creative problem solver, you will bring a demonstrable record of raising
performance, participation and retention, and you will be ready to introduce some exciting new courses and pathways.
Finally, familiarity leading the way with curriculum innovations would be very useful, but it’s your ambitious mindset and hands-on approach that will set your course for success.
