Menorah Grammar School (MGS) is an Independent Secondary School for boys serving the Orthodox Jewish Community of North West London. The governors of Menorah Grammar School are looking to appoint a passionate leader capable of building on the excellence already in place. Menorah Grammar School is a two-form intake school serving the Orthodox Jewish community in North-West London. It is a boys only school and together with the pupils parents and local community, they are very proud of the school and the strong reputation that they have built in the community.

The governing body is excited at the prospect of working with a new Head Teacher who will bring a fresh perspective and new ideas to what is a unique and well-established successful school. There are ambitions to expand the school over the next few years to be a three-form entry intake and the new Head Teacher will be a key member of the strategic team to bring this vision to fruition. 

The school works closely with parents and the local community to enable our pupils to have the best possible preparation for their lives ahead, and for the right candidate, this will be a very fulfilling role.

Self-motivated and reflective, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a vision, ambition, strategic and interpersonal skills, underpinned by a track record of raising standards.

As Head Teacher your responsibilities will also include the day to day running of MGS, including management of budget and staff, and you will benefit from the support and challenge of the Board of Governors.
