The Governors, staff and children of Wilberfoss CE (VC) Primary School seek an inspirational leader who has the vision and skills to further develop the effectiveness of our school and lead it into the future.

Our school is currently rated “good” and is situated approximately 8 miles east of York. We have happy learners, eager to achieve, with a motivated and enthusiastic team. To build on our success we are looking for a strong leader who is resourceful and caring and who can bring along continued improvements.

• leadership experience, as a head deputy or senior leader in past roles
• create and maintain a productive learning environment which is engaging and fulfilling for all members of the school community
• foster the continuous improvement and quality of education offered
• preserve and develop the Christian ethos.

You will be offered a comprehensive three year induction package.
