Cradle Hill is a popular community primary school in Seaford, East Sussex, growing to over 600 pupils within four years and operating within a strong and collaborative local cluster of schools.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • lead by example and motivate children and staff to achieve their full potential
  • sustain the open and inclusive ethos of Cradle Hill
  • work to listen to and develop the whole child
  • promote and nurture the strong links with parents, the cluster, the community and our wider stakeholders
  • continue to use the talents of our staff team to develop our creative teaching and learning environment
