The Headteacher vacancy at East Farleigh Primary School is an attractive opportunity for a professional, dedicated and passionate leader.

East Farleigh was judged as “Good” in the last OFSTED inspection with very few actions required to be able to move to Outstanding. We are seeking an experienced leader that can implement these recommendations and help steer our school along its journey to Outstanding.

The team are ambitious and have been undertaking personal development and leadership responsibilities wherever possible. Our new Headteacher must be able to lead our dedicated community of professionals and support our team’s development.
